All of our subscriptions renew automatically. Subscriptions can be terminated at any time against the end of each contract year.
After you place your order on filerskeepers, you will automatically a confirmation by email which invites you to log on to your filerskeepers account. If you didn’t receive anything, please submit a request and we will help you. After logging in in, you’ll be able to download an Excel file of the schedule(s) you purchased.
Our schedule subscriptions are billed annually. Our API can be billed monthly or annually.
You can use your credit card or PayPal to pay for any schedule or subscription. At your request we can also send you an invoice. Feel free to email us.
