Why are the API prices in USD?

We use Amazon Web Services as our hosting partner and AWS Marketplace as our billing partner. AWS Marketplace currently only offers USD pricing.

Do you offer pay-as-you-go pricing?

Yes, our Sandbox subscription functions as a pay-as-you-go plan. You will get 100 API calls for free. After that every additional API call comes at a cost per API call. Please let us know if you would like to discuss volume discounts by talking to an expert.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or add users at any time. At renewal, customers can decrease the number of licenses and/or the number of licensed users to fit their business needs. For customers on monthly plans, renewals occur each month, and any requested reductions in license counts will take effect on the next month. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

We offer two account options. All of our Annual plans include a discount, and can be terminated at any time before the end of each contract year. Our Monthly plans can be terminated at any time. Cancellation for Monthly plans becomes effective at the end of the current billing month.
