Are your prices per legal entity?
No. Our licenses and subscriptions allow all members of your group to access and use our schedules and content.
Why are the API prices in USD?
We use Amazon Web Services as our hosting partner and AWS Marketplace as our billing partner. AWS Marketplace currently only offers USD pricing.
What is the cost of a high volume plan?
Our high volume plans are tailored to each organization, including not only increased limits for features, but also customized training, license agreements, and payment terms. Our team would be happy to set up some time to talk about plan specifics; once we understand the needs of your organization, we’ll quickly provide you with a quote. Please contact an expert.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go pricing?
Yes, our Sandbox subscription functions as a pay-as-you-go plan. You will get 100 API calls for free. After that every additional API call comes at a cost per API call. Please let us know if you would like to discuss volume discounts by talking to an expert.
Can we submit a purchase order? Can you invoice us?
Yes, our subscriptions and records retention API offer PO/invoicing as a payment option. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. If you want to learn more please talk to our experts.
Where do I submit a feature request?

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or add users at any time. At renewal, customers can decrease the number of licenses and/or the number of licensed users to fit their business needs. For customers on monthly plans, renewals occur each month, and any requested reductions in license counts will take effect on the next month. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
We offer two account options. All of our Annual plans include a discount, and can be terminated any time 30 days before the end of each contract year. Our Monthly plans can be terminated at any time. Cancellation for Monthly plans becomes effective at the end of the current billing month.
